US Monolithics (USM) introduces low cost Ka-band transceiver and amplifier equipment to the emerging two-way Ka-band marketplace. These products include USM’s flagship transceiver (3W@ 30 GHz TX / 1.5 dB NF 20 GHz RX), its 3W 30 GHz block upconverter, and its 10W 30 GHz solid state power amplifier. All products employ proprietary GaAs MMIC devices developed by U S Monolithics. These products are key elements in consumer and enterprise two-way Ka-band communications systems, including both satellite and terrestrial systems.
US Monolithics company officials believe these Ka-band power products to be the most highly integrated and affordable products in their class available on the market today.
The 3W Ka-band transceiver, 3W Ka-band block upconverter, and 10W Ka-band SSPA are available as standard products from USM.
