Warranty Information

RMA REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: This warranty only pertains to Ku-band and C-band BUC and LNB Products

 

All products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for twelve (12) months from date of shipment. USM’s obligation covers repairing, or at our option replacing products that prove to be defective during the warranty period. Replacement parts may be reconditioned and will not extend the warranty period.

 

USM shall not be responsible for defects caused by misuse, improper application, operation or installation.

 

All products must be carefully packed and clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container with RMA number. Packing must include a copy of the RMA with details of serial number, original purchase order and reported problem.

 

Returned units will be shipped on Buyer’s account to the Receiving department at the following address:

Any product returned without an authorized RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned to Buyer at Buyer’s expense.

 

USM will inspect incoming equipment and will administrate accordingly. If it is determined on inspection that failure was caused by any reason such as that listed above, the warranty will be considered null and void. The Buyer will be notified and the damaged unit returned on Buyer’s account.

 

If the failure is considered to be valid under warranty, repaired or replacement product will be return shipped to Buyer on USM account. If unit cannot be repaired or a replacement cannot be provided within 30 working days of receipt, a credit will be issued to the Buyer for the original purchase price.
